Lottery Win for STC

Swanley Town Council staff are all smiles after being awarded £9300 by the National Lottery Awards for All scheme to support events within the town.

The funding will be used to promote 3 events in the town calendar, at Armed Forces Day, Bonfire Night and a Christmas Fair. Civic Manager Toni Roast said ‘this is fantastic news and will really help us build these events for local residents and help bring the community together’.

The Town Council is building an annual portfolio of events to really put Swanley on the map and get the community taking part in local activities here.
